April

It is high time I take some time for writing on my blog:)
According to the calendar it is April 6 today and Easter is only a couple of days away.

 Since we are back from our visit to the Netherlands the orders have been steady coming in and we spend way more time milling and packing. 
In our heads we are busy building a new mill and get a packing machine but in reality we didn't have much time to do some research.

Than the calendar hits April and the farmer is getting itsy to get his machinery in order for seeding time!
This year we hope to grow Spelt, Red Fife, Hard Red Wheat and Hard White Wheat for the mill.
It will be also our 2nd year for transition to an organic crop!
Papers are filled out again, no spray signs picked up.
Yes we can't wait to start  a new growing season!

In the mean time we will keep milling and packing your orders for you!
