holiday season

It is again a while ago that we posted some news on our blog. We don't know if you follow us on Instagram: vangarderenranchflour for our latest updates.
It has been a busy fall for us and we are very happy with that. 
We are not only milling to fill orders we we have also been busy to try to make more kind of flours.
We are able to offer you now an All Purpose Flour. Made from our white grains and from our spelt.
While busy baking all kind of recipes, I tried to find a product that is more "a ready to go product".
We came up with a spelt pancake mix and are able to make whole wheat pancake mix from any kind of flour you would like to buy.
So far I didn't find anyone yet to work on my product site, so these items are not added yet. You can mention it in your order if you would like to buy one of the mixes.

Last Saturday I was at the mini Christmas Market at Country Blooms (Broxburn Park) and hope to be there again coming Saturday Dec 11. It is a beautiful greenhouse stocked full with plants, gifts and christmas items. For sure worth the drive!!
