Just a fun update

Last week the mill was serviced and "dressed". Meaning the mill stones were sharpened and "roughed" up. This is done to prevent the stones from becoming too smooth, as the little grooves and furrows are what do most of the milling work!
We have noticed that the mill is milling a bit faster now and also the flour is coming out even finer.
